It is acomplete, easy-to-use system to track and report financial information.The following three processes comprise General Ledger: Setup, includeschart of accounts, journal types, divisions, departments, currency orcurrencies used, fixed assets, and financial report instructions; RoutineProcedures, includes journal transaction recording, account detailcreation, account budget maintenance, calculation and variations, generalledger volume and reporting; and Period End Procedures, includesdepreciation calculation and journal entries, posting journal entries toaccount ledgers, account history summaries, and closing entry creation.Key features include conformity to GAAP, custom chart of accountstailoring, and automatic journal to ledger posting.
